There are beautiful places, and then there are places where you can truly experience the presence of God. The River of God Worship Spot is one of those sacred places.

When we decided to renew our vows after 15 beautiful years of marriage, we knew the setting along the Little Miami River would be breathtaking, but we had no idea how profoundly the experience would impact our hearts. Nestled along the river, this remarkable property is where beauty, peace, and God’s creation come together in perfect harmony. The wide-open spaces invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply rest in His presence. While spacious enough to accommodate large gatherings, the River of God Worship Spot still feels incredibly intimate, peaceful, and holy.

What made our day unforgettable wasn’t just the stunning scenery—it was the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit. From the moment we arrived, an overwhelming sense of peace surrounded us. Every prayer, every worship-filled moment, and every vow we renewed felt covered by God’s love, grace, and faithfulness.

Having Kimmie officiate our vow renewal made the day even more meaningful. Her love for Jesus radiates through everything she does, and her obedience to His calling creates an atmosphere where people can genuinely encounter the Lord. She didn’t simply officiate a ceremony—she ministered to us, encouraged us, and beautifully reminded us of the sacred covenant God established in our marriage.

Mike served tirelessly behind the scenes with incredible humility and joy, carefully setting up every table, chair, decoration, and light to create a space that was nothing short of breathtaking. Together, Kimmie and Mike embody the words of 1 Peter 4:10: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” They don’t just quote this Scripture—they live it faithfully every single day.

Sharing this day with our children by our side made it even more precious. Watching our family celebrate God’s faithfulness together is a memory we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We truly could not have asked for two more loving, generous, servant-hearted, and Christ-centered people to walk alongside us as we celebrated one of life’s greatest blessings.

Thank you, Kimmie and Mike, for opening your hearts, your ministry, and this incredible place to our family. We will forever treasure the memories made there and the powerful way God met us that day.
