40+ Years in Ministry
A life shaped by adversity and transformed by God's faithfulness is now devoted to helping women discover healing, hope, and the courage to move forward in Christ.
For more than 40 years, Kimberley Cook Mathews has faithfully served in ministry, encouraging women through biblical teaching, authentic testimony, and the unwavering hope found in Jesus. As Founder and President of Designed to Shine Ministries, her passion is making His glory known by helping women embrace their God-given identity and purpose.
Born a Thalidomide baby with multiple physical abnormalities, Kimberley's journey has been marked by brokenness, hardship, and incredible redemption. Through every season, God has faithfully transformed pain into purpose, allowing her story to become a testimony of His grace and redeeming love.
Whether speaking at conferences, retreats, churches, or pro-life events, Kimberley shares from the heart with one simple desire: that every woman leaves knowing she is deeply loved, created with purpose, and never beyond God's redeeming grace.
"Every life has value. Every story has purpose. Every heart can find hope in Christ."
